Local News in Brief : Cypress : Pickler Elected to Head Cypress College’s Board

Anaheim City Councilman Irv Pickler has been elected president of the Cypress College Foundation board of directors.
Pickler, former vice president of the board, said he wants to build on “the positive relationship that exists between the organization and the college.” The foundation, a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, encourages contributions on behalf of the college.
Lew Webb of Laguna Hills, owner of Toyota of Buena Park and several other car dealerships, was elected vice president. Reelected to the board were Beverly Johnson, secretary, and Elma Clamp, treasurer.
