A man whose first trial in New London, Conn., on charges of murdering his wife in November, 1986, and disposing of her body with a chain saw and wood chipper ended in a mistrial will be tried a second time, a prosecutor said. Richard Crafts, 50, was the first person to stand trial for murder in Connecticut in a case where no body had been recovered.
