The tragic accidental shooting down of the Iranian airliner with the loss of 290 lives is a sobering reminder of the limitations of technology.
I wonder if this fact will in any way influence those people in Washington who have voted billions for a “Star Wars” shield, which undoubtedly will also have imperfections and hence will fail.
