SCE Corp.’s second-quarter earnings dropped 21% to $158.1 million from a year ago. Revenue held steady at $131 billion. The Rosemead parent of Southern California Edison said the results reflect a 1987 California Public Utilities Commission decision that changed the way Edison billed large customers beginning in this year.
