DH Technology, a San Diego-based manufacturer of computer printer heads, reported a profit of $859,000 on revenue of $8.3 million for the second quarter ended June 30, up from a profit of $758,000 on revenue of $4.3 million over the same quarter last year.
The company attributed the near doubling of its revenue to the acquisition in April of DHPrint, formerly an Eaton Corp. division, situated in Riverton, Wyo.
For the six months ended June 30, DH Technology reported a profit of $1 million on sales of $11.4 million, down from a profit of $1.5 million on sales of $8.3 million over the corresponding period last year.
