Harold H. Stream Jr., 67, retired Union Oil executive who remained prominent in social circles here and in the New Orleans area where he and his wife lived on a 2,000-acre plantation. With Union Oil, Stream was an engineer and director of lands and synthetic fuels. In New Orleans on July 11 of what was described as a brief illness.
