Philip C. Davy has joined Scan-Optics Inc....

Philip C. Davy has joined Scan-Optics Inc. in the new position of senior vice president and general manager-Irvine operations. He will have overall responsibility for the development of the company’s distributor and value-added reseller network for its computer products and will manage division operations at the Irvine facility. Davy was one of the founders of MAI Basic Four and was with the company from 1971 through 1978. He has also been senior vice president of Qantel Corp., president of Clary Datacomp Systems and founded and served as chief executive officer at Infoscribe Inc.
