Wayne R. Moon, senior vice president and regional manager of Kaiser Permanente’s Northern California region, has been promoted to executive vice president and manager of operations of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and elected a director of both organizations. The new assignment is effective Sept. 1. Kaiser Permanente has headquarters in Oakland.
