Unbeaten Alex Garcia, a Van Nuys heavyweight, will fight Veti Katoa of Salt Lake City tonight at Aviation Center in Redondo Beach.
Garcia is 10-0 since turning professional in 1987. Katoa, originally from Tonga, is 4-3.
Welterweight Calvin Meeks (9-0) will box Jorge Rivera (14-3) of San Diego in an eight-round preliminary bout.
