World Boxing Assn. welterweight champion Marlon Starling will defend his title against Tomas Molinares of Colombia, and World Boxing Council welterweight champion Lloyd Honeyghan will defend his crown against Yungkil Chung of South Korea tonight at Atlantic City, N.J. If Starling and Honeyghan win, they are expected to meet in November.
