Northridge All-Stars Advance in Playoffs

Rodd Simington hit two home runs and Bryan LaCour pitched five innings to earn the win Saturday as the Northridge National-Major All-Stars defeated Lompoc, 5-3, in the first round of Section 1 playoffs in Goleta.
Northridge plays San Pablo in a second round game on Monday. The tournament is for 12-year-olds.
