Think you can out-skipper Chuck Norris? Well, the action movie star is getting his act together and taking it to sea on Wednesday. Norris is attempting to break the speed record for a trip between San Francisco and Los Angeles. The current mark for the 440-mile trip is 7 hours, 2 minutes and 39 seconds, and seeking to help Norris shoot down that time are a crew of three and a very fast 46-foot Wellcraft Scarab boat, powered by two turbo-charged diesel engines. Norris is scheduled to start his run at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday from the Golden Gate Bridge.
