“Walsh Clears Reagan, Bush on Contra Funds” reads a Times headline (Part I, July 26).
Is this what’s known as a “white-walsh”?
Actually the two hadn’t much of a choice: They could either be liars and criminals or stupid incompetents. (Is this any way to run a country?)
