72,000 Flee to Tanzania

DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania — An estimated 72,000 refugees have fled to Tanzania since the middle of 1987 to escape Mozambique’s guerrilla war, the U.N. High Commission for Refugees said Wednesday.
