Frank Sinatra, Liza Minnelli and Sammy Davis Jr. kick off an 11-city, 21-date national tour on Sept. 17 at Houston’s Summit Arena, sponsored by Michelob. Michael J. Roarty, executive VP of Marketing for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., announced that “Frank, Liza and Sammy--The Ultimate Event” tour will end in Miami on Jan. 20 and 21, right before the Super Bowl. In Los Angeles, the trio will light up the Forum on Nov. 26. Sinatra has had a long association with Anheuser-Busch and recently joined the advertising campaign for Michelob brands. A current 60-second spot features Sinatra singing “The Way You Look Tonight.” Minnelli replaced Dean Martin when he fell ill a few months ago, in the middle of the Rat Pack Reunion Tour.
