Sihanouk Visits Japan

TOKYO — Cambodia’s Prince Norodom Sihanouk arrived Monday on an eight-day visit to Japan and met Prime Minister Noboru Takeshita and other officials to discuss ways to end the nine-year-old Cambodian conflict.
