Rams fullback Mike Guman underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair lingering problems in his right knee, which has grown arthritic during Guman’s eight-year National Football League career.

He is expected to be out four weeks, the team announced, which would take him out of the Rams’ season opener at Green Bay Sept. 4.
