Diver Accused of Manslaughter

TAMPA, Fla. — State prosecutors today filed alcohol-related manslaughter charges against U.S. Olympic diver Bruce David Kimball growing out of a traffic accident two weeks ago that killed two and injured six.
Kimball, 25, the country’s 1984 silver medalist, is in Indianapolis where the Olympic swimming trials are being held for this year’s Summer Games in Seoul. Arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 26.
