Seahawk Oil International Inc., a Newport Beach oil and gas exploration company, reported a second-quarter loss of $134,714, compared to a loss of $207,000 a year earlier. Revenue for the three months was $754,543, down slightly from $792,617 for the second quarter of 1987. For the first half, Seahawk reported a loss of $381,959, compared to a loss of $363,983 for the first six months of 1987. Revenue for the period was $1.4 million, down from the year-earlier $1.5 million. The company attributed its losses to continued low gas and oil prices.
