Enviropact Will Sell Willms Trucking Unit

MIAMI — Enviropact Inc., an environmental services company, said it has agreed to sell Willms Trucking to GSX Chemical Services for $17.25 million cash.
Enviropact bought the trucking company last year for $12.4 million. Money from the sale will be used to help offset debt and finance the company’s expansion into its remediation business, involving leaking underground storage tanks.
President Robert Fletcher said the purchase will double the company’s net worth by eliminating substantial debt.
