Donkova Sets Hurdles Record

STARA ZAGORA, Bulgaria — Yordanka Donkova of Bulgaria set a world record of 12.21 seconds for the women’s 100-meter high hurdles Saturday.
She lowered by 0.04 seconds the previous mark set by Ginka Zagortcheva of Bulgaria at Drama, Greece, Aug. 8, 1987.
