Yamaha International Corp. has named Masahiko Arimoto president of its reorganized American operations. The operations of Yamaha Music Corp. USA have been merged into Yamaha Corp. of America to form a single business entity. The reorganized company will continue to have headquarters in Buena Park. Arimoto most recently served as general manager of the Asia-Oceania global region and was elected a director of the Japanese company in 1987.
