Professor Is Honored

David Smith, an associate professor at Claremont McKenna College, has been named to the Fletcher Jones Professorship in accounting, which was recently established with a $1 million grant.
The Fletcher Jones Foundation, which endowed the professorship, was founded in 1969 through gifts from the estate of Fletcher Jones, co-founder of Computer Sciences Corp. who died in 1972.
