Average House Price Hits $285,683 in Conejo Valley

The average price of a single-family house in the Conejo Valley hit a record $285,683 in July, the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors reported.
July’s record average house price was less than 1% above June’s record of $284,103, but it was a 23% increase from a year ago. There were 314 houses sold in July, up from 283 houses sold in June.
The average price of a condominium was $146,168 in July, up 17% from the average price of $125,275 in July, 1987. The board said 125 condominiums were sold in July, a 10% increase from June.
