Maxicare North Texas Inc., a 70,000-member health maintenance organization owned by Maxicare Health Plans Inc., has sold its four medical facilities in the Dallas area to Avanti Health Systems Inc. of Houston. Terms of the deal, which becomes effective Oct. 1, were not disclosed . . .
