Tex Schramm, president and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys, has been granted exclusive rights to purchase the team and the Texas Stadium Corp., the club announced.
Schramm has retained Salomon Brothers Inc., an investment banking and research firm, as exclusive financial advisor to assist in forming an investment group and to advise the group once it is formed.
