Arts Nominee Announced

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate E. Roger Mandle of Perrysburg, Ohio, to be a member of the National Council for the Arts, the White House has announced. Mandle, 47, has been director of the Toledo Museum of Arts since 1977. He would succeed Raymond Learsy.
