Conrad on George Bush

In response to Conrad’s cartoon (Sept. 13), showing George Bush pledging allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, the Republic of Panama and Iran--I’m confused as to what he is saying to make such a statement about a potential President of the U.S. Is that clever, cute, funny, a reflection of Conrad’s own biased thinking (or that of The Times), or is it a revelation of his treasonable mind?
