Skidding Glendale to Play Host to 1st-Place Pasadena

Glendale High, loser of 5 consecutive football games and struggling with an 0-3 Pacific League record, will play host to league-leading Pasadena at 7:30 tonight.
Glendale (3-5 overall) is led by tailback Corey White, who has rushed for 521 yards in 95 carries. The Dynamiters’ other offensive weapon is senior fullback Rafik Thorossian, who has rushed for 486 yards and 8 touchdowns in 85 carries. Thorossian also has 24 receptions for 338 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Glendale quarterback Richard Callister has completed 66 of 136 passes for 924 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Pasadena is 6-2, 3-0 in league play.
