Guard Richard Morton, a former Cal State Fullerton player, survived the last cuts to make the Indiana Pacers’ roster; guard Scott Brooks, who played at UC Irvine, made the Philadelphia 76ers’ roster, and guard Morlon Wiley from Cal State Long Beach was retained by the Dallas Mavericks.
