There is no reason voters should be subjected to a long ballot of complex propositions. The present situation gives greedy special interests the opportunity to buy elections with massive and deceptive advertising campaigns. We should go back to the traditional method of having the special interests buy off our politicians directly. It’s probably cheaper in the long run.
