El Camino Real 13, Hamilton 3--Safety Steve Smith intercepted a Hamilton pass at the El Camino Real 30-yard line with 30 seconds left to secure the Conquistadores’ first playoff victory since 1980.
Smith, playing quarterback, hit Lucius Beal with a 46-yard touchdown pass to give El Camino Real a 7-3 first-quarter lead.
Hamilton outgained El Camino Real, 262 yards to 124.
