Woman Injured in Attack at Home

A woman was attacked and critically injured early Saturday by an unidentified man in her home on the 600 block of 14th Street in Huntington Beach, police said.
The attack occurred at about 4:30 a.m., Police Lt. John Foster said. The woman, whom police would not identify, suffered head injuries and was taken to Humana Hospital Westminster, where she was in critical condition, Foster said.
Foster said nothing was stolen from the woman’s home.
