MOTHERS AND GANGS
After reading “Mothers, Sons and the Gangs” I was appalled. I have always been brought up in private Catholic schools and nice Christian neighborhoods; it seems as though I haven’t experienced the real world yet. I realize I have taken a lot of things for granted, and I thank God for my family’s and my own well-being. At the same time I am afraid for us and for every other family. I hope everyone realizes, though, that support for these youngsters is essential. If families lose confidence in them, what can the future hold for our community?
