A Fayette Circuit Court judge said he will enter a ruling this week that the University of Kentucky must release in full the National Collegiate Athletic Assn.’s remaining allegations against the school’s basketball program.
Judge George Barker said, “The public has an overwhelming right to know what these charges are.”
Barker’s decision overrules motions by attorneys for Kentucky and player Eric Manuel to keep 4 of the 18 allegations secret.
