Glendale 71, Bakersfield 54 Glendale guard Bruce Heicke broke out of a shooting slump and scored a game-high 25 points in a consolation semifinal of the Palomar tournament.
Heicke hit 5 3-point shots against the Renegades (2-12).
Glendale (9-5) will play Mt. San Jacinto in the consolation final today.
Valley 89, Antelope Valley 73 Sophomore center Oral Elrington scored 30 points as Valley avenged its season-opening loss to the Marauders, in the first round of the College of the Desert tournament.
Gerald Franklin pulled down 14 rebounds for Valley (10-5).
