Bomb Near Temple Kills 3

AMRITSAR, India — A bomb blast Sunday outside a Hindu temple killed three people and injured 15 in India’s northern Punjab state. Police said the explosion at Chavinda, 20 miles north of Amritsar, occurred while many people were strolling near the temple. At least five of the injured were in critical condition with burns and blast wounds.
