Jerry R. McLeod has been named executive vice president of Pacific Gas & Electric, San Francisco, effective Feb. 1. McLeod is president of Tenneco Gas Transportation. On April 1, he will assume the additional post of general manager of PG&E;’s gas supply business unit, replacing John A. Sproul, who is retiring.
