A 33-year-old Spring Valley man was killed about 2 a.m. Tuesday when he was thrown from his car after hitting a curb.
Welton Dillard was traveling west at high speed on College Grove Drive, San Diego police said, when the car hit the curb and rolled over at 55th Street, throwing him out. Dillard was pronounced dead at the scene.
