A felony arrest warrant has been issued for one of two people suspected of posing Dec. 16 as prospective buyers of a Coronado Cays house, then robbing a real estate saleswoman at knifepoint and fleeing in her Rolls-Royce.

The warrant was issued for Roger Dell Green, 42. Green was described as 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, with reddish-blond hair and hazel eyes. Fingerprints taken from the car were used to link Green to the robbery, police said. Green’s last known residence was in Reno, Nev.

The second robber was a woman.
