Border Patrol Alerted to Watch for Suspect

Los Angeles police notified the U.S. Border Patrol to watch Saturday for a homicide suspect they feared might try to escape to Mexico.
The man, Roberto Torres, 32, is alleged to have fatally shot Jose Luis Florez, 38, early Saturday at the El Nopolito bar in Pacoima after an argument.
Police said Torres fled the area and may be driving a 1967 or 1968 brown Chevrolet pickup or an older blue pickup truck.
