- La Jolla-based Gascard, which in May entered Chapter 11 federal bankruptcy proceedings, has signed a lease for new, less-expensive office space in Carlsbad. The new lease will reduce Gascard’s monthly leasing costs by about $20,000, according to a spokesman.
Gascard also has reduced certain processing fees and franchise charges for its corporate fleet fuel-management system.
