Donald J. Neese, 48, has been appointed a Lockheed Corp. staff vice president and acting president of Lockheed Corp. International. Former LCI President Robert F. Conley, 65, retired at the end of 1988. Neese was named vice president-Asia-Pacific region in 1985. He also serves as president of Lockheed Aircraft (Asia) Ltd. and Lockheed China Inc.
