MAIL: There will be no delivery Monday, with post offices closed.
SCHOOLS: Public schools will be closed Monday.
BANKS: Most banks and savings & loans will be closed.
GOVERNMENT: Monday is a holiday for federal, state and county government offices. City offices in Huntington Beach, Irvine and Santa Ana will be closed; all others will be open.
REFUSE: There will be no residential trash pickup in Santa Ana on Monday; regular pickup schedules for the week will move back one day. Schedules in all other cities will be unchanged.
