Huntington Beach : Police Seek Gunman in Drugstore Robbery

Police were searching Friday for a gunman who held up a drugstore and fled with $300.
The robbery occurred at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at the Waite Pharmacy, in the 17500 block of Beach Boulevard, police said.
“The suspect approached a clerk at the cash register and opened up his jacket to display a handgun,” a police spokesman said. “The suspect said, ‘Give me your money.’ He got $300 in U.S. currency and then fled onto Beach Boulevard.”
No description of the gunman was immediately available.
