Concertbangers

I have been a speed-metal fan for two years now and have seen a lot of shows including “The Monsters of Rock” (“Rock ‘n’ Roll ‘n’ Violence,” by Steve Hochman, Dec. 25).

At that concert the place got torn apart when Metallica came on stage. I think if all shows of this nature were general admission the promoters and insurance companies would have a lot less to worry about.

Asking a horde of rambunctious teen-agers to sit in their seats for 2 1/2 hours is asking a little too much!!! When I go to shows like Metallica it is to release some of my built-up tension.
