The Irvine-based American Kids Sports Assn. is expected Wednesday to announce 10 finalists for the anchor positions on a planned national TV show focusing on children in sports. More than 300 aspiring television stars, ages 9 to 12, auditioned in Irvine recently for the eight anchor positions on the show, which is scheduled to go into production in spring.
