Union Pacific Starts Work on Industrial Park

Union Pacific Realty Co. has started construction of a $12-million, six-building industrial complex in its Vintage Industrial Park in Ontario. The architect for the 345,000-square-foot project is Banzuelo, Rierson, Duff of Anaheim, while the leasing agent is Grubb & Ellis.
