Larry S. Scherzer was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Products Research & Chemical, a Glendale maker of coatings, sealants and other specialty chemicals.
Scherzer spent the past 11 years at the accounting firm Arthur Young & Co. Most recently, he was the partner in charge of Arthur Young’s Century City office.
