Everett M. Clayton III has joined Deutschman & Co., a Los Angeles investment firm, as a managing director. The firm has changed its name to Deutschman Clayton & Co. Clayton previously was a partner in the Los Angeles law firm Latham & Watkins, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
